Upon purchasing a license, you are granted:

• Free Plan: Limited use on one website with up to 5 optimized pages.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited pages on one website, valid during subscription period.
• Lifetime License: Unlimited pages on one website, valid indefinitely.

Licenses are non-transferable and tied to a single website domain. Multi-site usage requires a Business license.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@ai-seo-pro.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share your license with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the plugin
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers

AI-SEO-PRO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI-SEO-PRO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The content you generate using our tools (such as llms.txt files and summaries) remains your property.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your website will achieve any specific ranking or visibility in AI search results. Results may vary based on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI-SEO-PRO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
